Shipping + Returns
We offer three options for domestic shipping: UPS Ground, UPS Standard 2-day and UPS Standard Overnight. For ground shipments please allow 2 to 6 business days for arrival. All Cappello Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Cappello offers complimentary standard shipping to addresses within the United States. Expedited (2-3 day) or overnight shipping options are available for an additional charge.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm CST will ship within 3-6 business days. Orders placed after 12pm CST or on public holidays will be shipped the following business day. You will be notified via email when your order is shipped.
Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your order after you receive tracking. Please note that orders shipping to a PO Box or APO address ship via USPS.
Cappello does not currently offer international shipping on orders.
We want you to love your Cappello hat! If you are not fully satisfied, with your purchase please feel free to return or exchange it. We will accept returns of unworn items attached within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once your package has been received, credit card will be processed within 10 business days.
The merchandise must be in its original condition with the original packaging. Items that have been worn, scuffed, or soiled are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to reject a return if we believe the item has been worn. If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Shipping and handling charges from the order are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a $10 USD fee will be deducted when processing the store credit. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Be sure to package exchanges in their original packaging. Items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted.

Please make sure the packing slip is included in your return shipment so we may identify your order.
Within 7-10 days of our receipt of your return, you will receive an email that your credit has been processed. You will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the original purchase and for the product only.
Due to our limited inventory and the very unique nature of our hats we are often unable to offer instant exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, please follow reach out to email@example.com. Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a code to use on your future order.
FINAL SALE POLICY
FINAL SALE items will be indicated by text on the product page, the cart page, your order confirmation, and the packing slip you receive with your order. Please note that all SALE item are FINAL SALE are not eligible to exchange or return.
